Annual Plan and MTW Supplement
The Fiscal Year 2026 Annual PHA Plan and MTW supplement of the West Palm Beach Housing Authority (WPBHA) is now available for comment. You may submit written comments regarding the draft plan no later than Friday January 2nd 2026 to Katy Smith, Housing Analyst via email KSmith@wpbha.org.
A public hearing will be held on Tuesday January 6th, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. to entertain comments on the Plan and MTW Supplement. This hearing will be held in the Authority's Training Room 3801 Georgia Avenue, West Palm Beach, Florida 33405.
