The West Palm Beach Housing Authority is seeking a qualified Property Manager to manage 106 newly constructed housing units for the elderly. Six plus years of experience in residential property management and at least 3 years of experience with tax credit properties is required. Must have Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) certification prior to applying. Computer literacy and possession of a valid Florida driver's license are a must.
