Maintenance Technicians |

The West Palm Beach Housing Authority is seeking two qualified maintenance technician with strong skills in maintenance mechanics (including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry). Individuals should have a working knowledge of all maintenance crafts and trades. Duties include maintenance of residential units and the upkeep of buildings and grounds throughout the Housing Authority. Must have a minimum of one year or more substantial experience. You may be asked to demonstrate job skills. Must have a valid Florida driver's license.
