The West Palm Beach Housing Authority (WPBHA) will open its Project Based Wait List for Heron Estates, a

Senior community for individuals 62 years of age or older. This opening is for 1 Bedroom units ONLY.   

Rental assistance will be provided to individuals whose family household income fall within the income limits

specified in the table provided below: Please note, this is a Project Based Voucher Assistance Program,

which means the assistance is attached to the unit and is NOT transferrable to other rental units at other 

locations.

A preference will be given to applicants who live or work in the City of Riviera Beach

 

When and How to Apply

·         Opening Date: Friday, November 21, 2025, at 12:01 a.m.

·         Closing Date: Sunday, December 21, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.

Applications will only be accepted online. No paper applications will be available, and walk-ins will not be accepted at the WPBHA offices.  To apply, visit www.wpbha.org beginning Friday, November 21, at 12:01 a.m., and click on the "Apply Now" link.

Applicants may only submit one application per family.  To complete the application on line you must have

the following information for you and all family members who will be a part of the household:

1.      Full names of all family members

2.      Date of birth of all family members

3.      Social Security numbers for all family members

4.      Full Address (must include, city and zip code)

5.      Telephone/cell number

6.      Total Family Gross Income per year.

If you do not provide the above information your application will not be processed

 

If your family household income falls within the income limits provided below, you may qualify to receive rental assistance for the Heron Estates Senior Development.
