The West Palm Beach Housing Authority (WPBHA) will open the Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Waiting List for Christian Manor Senior Development, for individuals 62 years of age and older. The waiting list is for Efficiency and One-Bedroom apartments only. 

Application Period Opens
Monday, August 3, 2026, at 8:00 a.m.
Applications will be accepted online beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, August 3, 2026, and will remain open until 2,000 applications have been received.

Important Information
Christian Manor participates in the Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Program. Under this program, rental assistance is attached to this development and cannot be transferred to units at other locations.

How to Apply
Applications will be accepted online only.

• No paper applications will be available.
• Do not visit the WPBHA administrative offices to apply.
• Beginning Monday, August 3, 2026, at 8:00 a.m., applicants must submit an online application by visiting www.wpbha.org and selecting the "Apply Now" link.

Only one application per family will be accepted.

Information Needed to Complete Your Application
Applicants must have the following information for every household member who will reside in the unit:

1. Full names of all family members
2. Date of birth of all family members
3. Social Security numbers for all family members
4. Full Address (must include, city and zip code)
5. Telephone/cell number
6. Total Family Gross Income per year.

Incomplete applications or applications missing the required information cannot be processed.
Families will be placed on this Waiting List based on the date and time of their application. Selections from the Waiting List will be made based on unit availability and the date and time of application. 

Applicants must first meet the Income Eligibility requirements provided on the next page.

If your family household income falls within the income limits provided below, you may qualify to live at the Christian Manor Senior Development.
