Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCV)

The Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCV) is a federally funded program offering much needed rental assistance to low-income families through the issuance of Housing Choice Vouchers. The HCV program is administered locally by the WPBHA with funding provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).  Currently the WPBHA administers a combined total of approximately 4,106 Housing Choice Vouchers which includes 451 Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) Vouchers.

Reminder:  If you are a Landlord with rental units in the City of West Palm Beach, it is a municipal requirement that you have a rental license.  If you have questions regarding this requirement please contact the City of West Palm Beach Code Enforcement Department.
