The West Palm Beach Housing Authority (WPBHA) will be taking 100 applications for One-Bedroom units only for the following Elderly public housing development:

SOUTHRIDGE - Located at 3805 Georgia Avenue, West Palm Beach, Florida, 33405

Applications will be available online beginning Friday, February 20th, 2026, at 12:01 a.m.  

Interested applicants must apply on this website (www.wpbha.org) beginning February 20th, 2026.

No paper applications are available.  Do not come to the WPBHA offices; this process is limited to an online process.  

Applicants may only submit one application per family.  

To complete the application online, you must have the following information for you and all family members who will be a part of the household.  

1.     Full names of all family members

2.     Date of birth of all family members

3.     Social Security numbers for all family members

4.     Full Address (must include city and zip code)

5.     Telephone/cell number

6.     Total Family Gross Income per year.

If you do not provide the above information, your application will not be processed.
