The West Palm Beach Housing Authority welcomes qualified interested parties to participate in the Prosperity Village Cottage Homes Project! Join this innovative approach to affordable housing in Palm Beach County.
 
Prosperity Village Cottage Homes is a collaboration between the WPBHA and Palm Beach County to combat homelessness and the affordable housing crisis.  This pilot program will showcase the small lot concept of housing development with the goal of replication elsewhere in Palm Beach County as a locally viable workforce housing solution.
