The West Palm Beach Housing Authority is very supportive of its residents in all the communities. When residents take the initiative to organize and put their energy to work for the betterment of the neighborhood, everyone wins. Family Outreach Volunteer Opportunities
   

Family Self Sufficiency Program

The FSS program is designed to promote employment and increase savings among families on assisted housing programs, and ultimately helps them to become independent of welfare assistance and ultimately economically independent. [more]

 

Elder Care Services

The senior population of the West Palm Beach Housing Authority is a vital part of the community and the WPBHA provides regularly scheduled oversight of all elderly residents. [more]

 

Career Development Center

The career development center assists residents in the Self-Sufficiency process by providing an accessible, supportive environment. [more]

 

Resident Opportunities & Self Sufficiency (ROSS)

The ROSS program that provides for the delivery and coordination of supportive services and other activities designed to help public housing residents attain self-sufficiency. [more]

 

Youth Services

The West Palm Beach Housing Authoriy and P.A.L. (Police Athletic League) have teamed to offer constructive, safe, crime and violence free activities for youth during non-school hours.
