INSTUCTIONS FOR FINDING OUT IF YOU WERE SELECTED BY THE LOTTERY

Please read the instructions provided below to find out if you were one of the 5000 selected for the Waiting list by the random lottery process.  

1. Create an Account by clicking on the Create an account link
2. Type in a user Name, and Password, - Remember to make a note of your user name and password.
3. Include an email address.  If you do not have an email address you may use: applications@wpbha.org
4. Type in the last 4 digits of your social security number.
5. Type in your date of Birth.
6. Type in your last name.
7. You will also have to type the image you see in the box provided.
8. Click on Create an Account.
9. Go back to the Login screen, by clicking on the Login button on the top left hand corner of the screen.   Login using the User name and Password you created.

When you login, click on My Waiting List. If you were one of the 5000 selected then the Status box will say Randomly Sorted.  If you were not selected by the lottery then the Status box will say Not Selected.
