Pleasant City was built in 1967. It is
a scattered site and holds 116 units. Thanks
to the collaborative effort with the City
of West Palm Beach, it will also become
the site of the MerryPlace
development.
Mission
Statement: To provide safe, decent and
affordable public housing to persons and families with
limited financial resources and to provide residents with
access to programs, which will assist them in making the
transition to greater financial security.
