Dunbar Village Revitalized

Part of the redevelopment will take place in Dunbar Village, which is full of history, will celebrate the new community of historic elements with memorials of prominent historical figures. This new "Green" neighborhood will feature mixed income rentals at Affordable Market Rate becoming a 90% Rental Community of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC)
