The Property Quality Manger is responsible for managing the property inspections for the entire 439 units in the Low Income Public Housing (LIPH) and Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) property portfolio.  This position is also responsible for all property related matters that arise following inspections as well as ensuring that unit repairs are properly completed in strict compliance with federal regulations and West Palm Beach Housing Authority (WPBHA) policies. 

Experience in HUD inspection protocols, a college degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience is required.  Bilingual applicants (English/Spanish) are encouraged to apply.  Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s license at all times.
