INSTALLATION OF WINDOWS AND DOORS CDBG GRANT # 06DB-D3-10-60-15-A29

The West Palm Beach Housing Authority is requesting bids from licensed general contractors to remove and install hurricane impact windows and doors in 40 units at scattered sites in its Pleasant City Development. The Contractor will be responsible for all labor, equipment, materials and supplies necessary in accordance with plans and specifications.

Plans and specifications will be available beginning Tuesday December 16, 2008 at 1715 Division Avenue, West Palm Beach, Florida. A $25 fee (check or money order only) will be required to pick up plans and specifications. This fee will be waived for prior bidders.

A Pre-bid meeting to tour the job site will be held on Tuesday January 6, 2009 at
10:00 A.M. and prospective bidders should meet at 1715 Division Avenue, West Palm Beach. Bids must be received by 4:30 P.M. on Monday January 12, 2009. Bid Opening will take place on Tuesday January 13, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. at 1715 Division Avenue.
