WPBHA Response to COVID-19 / General Information
The COVID-19 Rental Eviction Prevention Program provides one-time rental assistance to eligible West Palm Beach residents who have experienced loss of income, reduction in hours, or unemployment as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic only. Assistance will only be provided for rents due beginning on April 1, 2020 and onward. Eligible applicants must be able to continue to make rental payments and meet basic needs once assistance is provided. Download an application or call (561) 904-7900.

Florida Rural Legal Services, Inc.
Florida Rural Legal Services is still open and providing services to eligible clients on a daily basis. While the physical offices are generally not taking walk-ins, we are still meeting with clients through remote methods, and we are physically going in to our two (2) Palm Beach County Offices when needed to provide necessary direct legal services to clients. If residents of Palm Beach County need legal services, feel free to contact our intake staff by calling: 888-582-3410 to get screened to determine eligibility for services. FREE COVID-19 TESTING
City of West Palm Beach is offering FREE COVID-19 Testing at Gaines Park Community Center 1501 N. Australian Avenue West Palm Beach, FL 33401 on Saturday, May 16th from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00p.m. PLEASE make an appointment by calling (561) 822-1425.
