COVID-19 Related Rental & Utility Assistance Guidance
County residents who are eligible, can still access emergency rental and utility assistance online by visiting our website or by calling the following phone numbers:

For now, the courts have temporarily suspended hearings on evictions, and a moratorium has been placed on utility shutoffs. However, we are encouraging residents to ACT NOW to ensure they are positioned to receive their federal stimulus checks and have the ability to budget responsibly to ensure their rent/mortgage and utilities are paid. COVID-19 Rental Eviction Prevention Program
The COVID-19 Rental Eviction Prevention Program provides one-time rental assistance to eligible West Palm Beach residents who have experienced loss of income, reduction in hours, or unemployment as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic only. Assistance will only be provided for rents due beginning on April 1, 2020 and onward. Eligible applicants must be able to continue to make rental payments and meet basic needs once assistance is provided. Visit the Housing & Community Development website or call (561) 822-1250.

FREE COVID-19 TESTING
City of West Palm Beach is offering FREE COVID-19 Testing at Gaines Park Community Center 1501 N. Australian Avenue West Palm Beach, FL 33401 on Saturday, May 16th from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00p.m. PLEASE make an appointment by calling (561) 822-1425.
Phone lines will be open from 9:00-5:00p.m. Tuesday thru Friday. If you have any questions please give me a call at (561) 822-1413 or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
